ON THE WAY
Glass and sound installation
An ever changing landscape
inviting the audience to move around and within the structures
inviting to sit and spend time within the installation
where nothing much seems to happen for the one rushing by
where the world unfolds for the one looking for it
The sound in dialog with the glass stretches the timeframe of the piece
impossible to capture in one glimpse
changing at every step taken
changing every minute spent in the room
Withstanding its own weight through tension, the inherent fragility of the glass
makes the viewers become more aware of their movements, and position in space;
therefore of their relation to their environment.
More cautious, they have to look twice at every details.
